On November 29, trying to learn your home adress, I find your death announcement in swedish. What a so bad new : Vincent and I met you in Patmos and Samos less a week before. We can't believe that : you seemed so lifefull, ill certainly, but so greedy to enjoy people and life. We remember your humor ( Xmas flute song when about 30°C in Patmos. Patmian said you "Kali Xronia"), you and Esther Voyatzis in her Kastelli home, you with your many friends in Patmos and Samos places, you and your generosity, you and your dear photos...
We had diner together in Samos on September 11, breakfast on the 12 at LABITO Hotel before our plane for Paris France.

R.I.P.

Beloved Bramwell,
I will miss you so much, not just me, but my family too.
We spent many summers together and your absence will be very hard for us to come to terms with.
You were very important for us - not as a client but as a FRIEND.
The Patmos that you loved like no one else did, will seem empty without you.
You will always be in our hearts and in our thoughts.
May you rest in peace, beloved friend.
Maria Paschalidi and family
Dear Bramwell, we have known you for more than forty years. We will remember you for ever. Your kindness and warmth. We remember when you played ”All of me” and ”White Christmas” on your recorder. You loved Patmos more than anything else. There you had all your friends. You loved joking and telling funny stories. Greeting people with ”Kalo Paska” was always responded with a laugh from all ”Patmonians”. We talked on telephone when you returned from your last visit to Patmos. You were so happy. It couldn´t have been better. We agree./ Love Carin & Börje
Bramwell,
Of course I know that Patmos was your life and love, but nevertheless Uppsala was the place on earth where we met, spent years together and shared experiences. Katalin and it´s music and jam sessions were as much your home as the apartment in Flogsta. You were an importamt part of the town where I was born and grew up. Now you are gone. I am so sad and sorry for that, but I am convinced we will meet again some sunny day with Charlie Parker performing some of his good old tunes for us…
Love from Bengt
Bramwell
Last time we spoke, we talked about the unique worldwide friendship that you where the creator of through Patmos. You told me that the “September” group is as good as the “June/July” group. I am looking forward the meet the September group and we will have lot of things to talk about because of you.
I am so grateful for the time we shared. You enriched my life with your generosity with friends and friendship, your big heart and your wisdom.
Love you
Helena
Bramwell, when I first met you 34 years ago I didn't realize that it was the beginning of a friendship that would last a lifetime. For most of the time I spent my summers on Patmos you were my neighbour at Maria's. There were even a few years when we shared a room and I needed my industrial issue ear plugs to deal with your snoring. You were always thoughtful and considerate and looking out for the welfare of others. I haven't forgotten the many times you were there to meet me at the harbour even when the boat arrived in the middle of the night. As others have said, you had a wonderful way with words and introduced me to so many fantastic people who have had a lasting effect on my life. I am so happy that you were able to spend some of your last days on your beloved island with some of your very best friends.I don't know what Patmos will be like without you but I will always remember your friendly, smiling face. Forever your friend,
Barnacle Bill.
Bramwell thank you for all these lovely moments at Agriolivadi and Skala. ('Beautiful!') always a warm interest in us and our kids. Introducing us to other guests at our lovely Patmos; making sure we all Will make new friends and come back to the little paradise........
Bramwell! Vila i frid!
Bramwell
May you rest in peace.
My memories of Pátmos will always have you. Your laughter, smile, singing Jingle Balls in summer. Smiling as I write this part. When ever u saw me working at Agriolivadi you would say "anngela I love you" with a hug n kiss. ❤️
At the end of the day, brother, you were just a tender, gentle, caring soul.
I give thanks to you...
For enriching my life with so many of the moments that made it a life worth living; and for instilling in me the curiosity to get out and meet others; and for underlying to me at a young age some basic axioms: that " there are two kinds of people: "good" people and "bad" people and that "...it is not a matter of ethnic origin or religion"; and that in politics, "it is all about money". Thank you also for opening my eyes to the "You do it your way, I do it my way" modus vivendi.
I am indebted to you for the fact that you introduced to me so many great people with many of whom I still remain connected and have forged lifetime friendships and relationships. Without you, I wouldn't have met them. I thank you especially for introducing Agneta Persson.
Thank you for the good times, the laughs, the silliness, the friendship and the music. Not necessarily in that order.
"There will never be another you" ...Yes, indeed!
Bramwell, You were always in Patmos when I came to visit. What a hole you will leave! You welcomed me into the fold with open arms and a loud "LUUUUU" each time I visited. God bless you, Bramwell. Enjoy the "other side", and we will all see you soon.
We will never forget you Bramwell. Summers will never be the same without you. You were unique!
You gave so much love to everyone and made each one of us feel special. Your great sense of humour and the way you brought everyone together was because of your charismatic personality. You will always have a special place in our hearts and we will miss you dearly. Hope you are flying to the moon, singing and playing your flute among the stars and finding out what Spring is like on Jupiter and Mars.
Love you always ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Hvil i fred Bramwell Nå danser du vel med din kjære, og synger 'fly me to the moon'. Det var en ære å bli kjent med deg.
Kjærlige hilsener.
Anne Karin og Anikken
Bramwell our hearts are sore and we miss you already! Thank you for being our friend. We have had so much enjoyment and laughter over the years. We will never forget you! Sam will sing the song he wrote for you with all your friends next summer and we will all talk and laugh at the beautiful memories you have left us with.
Sleep easy Bramwell. We love you! xxx
Du er så lige fløjet lidt i forvejen out in space, but we shall meet again some sunny day.
